prior to the event; 2) Day of the event and 3) After event services.
1. Organisation prior to the event
At Barcelona Golf Corporate Services we will take
away all the worry of organising your event. We will help you
select a suitable course, the form of play, the catering, the
invitations....

We provide advice on form of play taking into
account the client and ability of those involved.
This could involve tournament formats such as:
Stableford, Ryder Cup, Greensomes and Medal.
Depending on the numbers playing and time involved,
the start could from one or two tees, or in the form of a shotgun
start.
Catering
Depending on the event will help you decide on
what catering is required taking into account any special needs
and including the following.
Breakfast beforehand
Picnic lunches
Mobile refreshments and 9th hole on course catering
Post Golf Bar service.
Presentation lunches and dinners

Guest Monitoring and Information
This is a continuous process prior to the event
itself and Barcelona Corporate Golf can provide guests with all
the necessary information regarding the arrangements. These can

Confirm and send accommodation bookings
Inform of transport arrangements
Produce Welcome packs
Send out directions to the course and accommodation
Monitor guest replies and non-attendances

Welcome Packs & Prizes
Welcome gift packs are very popular on golf days
and a pack of golf balls with the company logo for instance,
always goes down well with guests. Barcelona Corporate Golf can
also provide other items for welcome packs such as caps,
polo’s, towels
etc. The list is endless.
Regarding prizes, the list again is almost endless
but we can arrange anything from the traditional trophy to
golf equipment or even company logo items which can be
used in business. A prize draw at the end of the presentation
also goes down well and can be made up of numerous items
from golf balls to holidays!
Evening Entertainment
Why not try some local entertainment as part of
the presentation dinner. We would be happy to make some suggestions.
Photographer
Always a great way to capture the events as they
happen and the photos can be put on the web afterwards or copies
ordered.
Video
Why not video your day on the first tee and see
how everybody is amused to see themselves on the play-back in
the clubhouse later.
PGA Clinic
Let Barcelona Corporate Golf organise a PGA professional
for you to give your guests a golf clinic or lesson.
Side tours
We can provide side tours for non playing guests,
spouses or even the players themselves giving them a further
insight into this gorgeous country.
2. Day of the Event
All guests will be welcomed at registration and
be given their scorecards and Welcome Pack. Everything will be
explained to them including local rules and on which holes nearest
the pin and longest drive will be (if requested).
Scorecards once handed in will be checked and
scores entered into the computer, which can be linked to an overhead
projector if required.
The event will be marshalled on the course to
ensure everything runs smoothly and that everyone has an enjoyable
game.
The prizes will be arranged and put on display
ready for the presentation including audio-visual equipment.
Throughout your day we will be on hand to take
care of everything enabling you to relax, spend time with clients,
guests and friends and above all enjoy a memorable day of golf.
3. After Event Services
After the event we will post results on the web
page if applicable and also send a letter of thanks to all those
involved on your behalf. We encourage a feedback from guests
for the benefit of you and ourselves to enable all concerned
to see how, overall, the event went and how much of a success
it was with everyone.
