A major feature is the large swimming pool with island, cascade and children’s pool, sun bathing area (sun beds provided), terrace and covered barbecue.

The garden areas are landscaped with various trees, shrubs, and lawns.

The apartment also has private car parking directly at the entrance to the property.

PANORAMICA GOLF & THEIR FACILITIES

Panoramica Golf Course was designed by 2004 European Ryder Cup Captain, Bernhard Langer, over 10 years ago and has now matured into one of Europe’s finest golf courses. At over 6600 yards off yellow tees and 5500 off the red tees this is an excellent par 72 golf course built to Championship specifications. Challenging and attractive with water hazards on 6 holes this is a course you will want to play again and again.

Booking of tee times is required and it is wise to carry a handicap certificate. A plentiful supply of hire clubs and buggies await you if required, and the training facilities include two driving ranges, putting practise areas and a short par 3 course.

The clubhouse provides everything you could want including golf shop, changing facilities, bars and restaurants – all within 10 minutes walk of the apartment.

Further afield there are also 4 other golf courses within easy drive of Panoramica and you will almost certainly want to visit Club Mediterraneo near Castellon - this is another superb course and the home of Sergio Garcia who’s property overlooks the course.
