All venues may require handicap certificates before accepting visitors. we cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these rules.<\/p>\n
Appropriate dress should be worn at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Barcelona Golf carries no responsibility in any ruling by the venue if any of the group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire.<\/p>\n
We will do everything possible to confirm your requested tee times, however venues do reserve the right to alter preferred tee times. If for any reason your tee times should not be available, as part of our service we will offer you the nearest possible alternative.<\/p>\n
Although the standard of courses at our venues are inspected on a regular basis, the actual playing condition may vary from time to time. Hollow tining is an essential part of course maintenance and as the timing depends on weather, we are not always aware of when this will occur. Barcelona Golf cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course during your golf break.<\/p>\n
A booking can be made with BarcelonaGolf either of the following ways:<\/p>\n
(i) Emailing a signed booking form.<\/p>\n
(ii) Making the full payment. We will confirm the booking by quoting a booking reference number where appropriate.<\/p>\n
We guarantee that after you confirm your booking by any of the methods in point 6 that prices will not increase. We do however reserve the right to increase the price of any pack advertised on the company website before you book. Any price changes will be clearly advised to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in price due to special offers advertised will be considered irrelevant to the price agreed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
We accept most credit cards and bank transfers as well as online payments via the link on our website.<\/p>\n
If your travel date is six weeks or more from the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the total per person is required to secure the booking. If six weeks after the booking date (date that appears in the booking form) we have not received a receipt of the deposit, Barcelona Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.<\/p>\n
On receipt of your deposit, which is treated as part-payment of your golf break, we will issue you with a confirmation\/invoice. This will show the balance to be paid and the date by which it is due.<\/p>\n
If your travel date is less than six weeks form the time of booking we require the full payment of the booking. The payment will have to be made within a maximun of five working days. If we do not receive the total amount, Barcelona Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>\n
Cancellations made 42 days prior to the date of departure will be penalised with the deposit.<\/p>\n
Cancellations made between 41 and 21 days prior to the date of departure will be penalised with 50% of the price of the booking.<\/p>\n
Cancellations made between 20 and 7 days prior to the date of departure will be penalised with 75% of the price of the booking.<\/p>\n
Cancellations made one week previous to the date of departure will be penalised with 100% of the price of the booking.<\/p>\n
The cause of the cancellation will not alter our above stated policy but each case will be dealt with individually.<\/p>\n
As bad weather is inevitable during the course of the year venues may either close the course or operate temporary greens at their sole discretion.<\/p>\n
If you are unable to play golf on your golf break due to course closure we will, without guarantee and at the venue\u2019s discretion, try and obtain a partial refund for the golf element of the package.<\/p>\n
