Which courses are closest to the beach?
Pals Golf Club on the Costa Brava sits among dunes and pine forest near the coast, with La Costa Golf & Beach Resort alongside it. Club de Golf d’Aro looks down over the coastline from above Platja d’Aro, and Infinitum Golf is a short drive from the beaches of Salou and Cambrils.
Are the hotels on the beach itself?
Several are. Hotel Golden Costa Salou is directly on the beachfront, Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa sits on Sant Salvador Beach, and La Costa Golf & Beach Resort is steps from the sand. Others, such as Sa Punta in Begur, are set in gardens a short distance from the coast.
How many rounds come with a beach golf break?
Our current beach packages range from three nights with two rounds to seven nights with five, and Sa Punta also offers seven nights with a week of unlimited golf at Pals. Rounds, nights and room categories can all be adjusted to suit your group.
Is a beach golf break suitable for non-golfers?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons golfers choose the coast. Beaches, spas, coastal towns and seafood restaurants give non-golfers plenty to do while the rest of the group plays, and everyone meets up for dinner.
Do we need a hire car?
Not necessarily. We arrange private transfers between your hotel, the courses and the airport, though a hire car gives you more freedom to explore the coastal towns between rounds.
When is the best time to book?
As early as you can, particularly for summer dates and larger groups, as beachfront rooms and the best tee times are taken first. Contact our team and we will confirm what is available for your dates.
